摘要(Abstract)：

最近一个世纪,由于作物育种及采用改良和纯化的品种,主要作物的遗传多样性已大为缩减。因此,保护植物遗传资源已变得非常必要,这在很大程度上有赖于成功地把种子和其它植物材料储存于基因文库中。本文讨论这些基因文库的技术方面以及植物遗传资源或植物种质的处置和管理。
