摘要(Abstract)：
生物学理论经常被用来证实各种严厉的社会政策的合理性。科学史学家们业已开始证明,由于科学家本身经常要对社会压力作出反应,科学与社会思潮的关系是双向的。历史也表明,理论与社会政策的联系是一个极为复杂的过程。
