互联网精神The Spirit of the Internet

摘要(Abstract)：
本文从以下几个方面讨论了互联网精神的起源和内涵:互联网发生发展的思想基础,创造互联网的人们的精神气质,以及随互联网来到人间的精神元素,即互联网无声传送着的主张和生活与思维方式。互联网不只是伟大的科技创新,还把人类引向一个崭新的时代,其核心要素是人际关系的改变,开放、共享、合作、协同,是互联网时代的精神特征。本文讨论了有关互联网时代科技伦理的若干问题。信息技术专业人员的行为准则,公众对于社会的责任感和信息文明素养的提升,在社会转变的时代,对于一些伦理问题的不同认识。例如亚伦.斯沃茨的案件,谷歌扫描图书案件。最后本文讨论了在网络空间安全问题上发展国际协同的可能性。
